Founded in 1956, the Building Industry Association of the RRV (formerly Home Builders Association) is a nonprofit trade organization and the largest local builders association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The BIA-RRV’s efforts focus on being the voice for a strong building and remodeling industry.

The Association supports the interests of its members which are located throughout Cass and Clay counties and beyond through advocacy, information, education, workforce development, member-to-member connections, and marketing opportunities.

The BIA-RRV has many ways for the public to connect with builders and trade partners.

In addition to the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show, the Association hosts and organizes the Parade of Homes. BIA-RRV offers a website listing the membership categorized by service and searchable by name, company, etc.
